Digital Health Providers
Expand your offerings by including hearing health services
Internet-based personalized health services are more common today. A rising number of large multinationals and smaller specialized organizations offer telehealth services for screening, establishing connections between consumers and professionals, and delivering information services. Health technology is maturing, yet few, if any, are providing a hearing health service, an obvious option for most of their users.
A 2–3-month start-up period is a reasonable expectation for consultation, customizing and validating the software and connecting it to the existing service suite. This process also includes introducing the Hearing Health Awareness Program via a private portal where users can access information about hearing and hearing loss, orientation, and training materials, as well as a chat function.
